Exceptional customer service. I have a VERY challenging need in food for my puppy. Your Pets Naturally has gone far above and beyond in helping me to find a solution that will work for us, including scouring their stock and contacting dog food manufacturers they have relationships with to verify critical details.I initially called to ask if they had a specific product in stock (that isn’t a long term solution, but would buy me time to solve the long term needs). Their response, in addition to checking their stock and setting what they had aside for me, was “we can help with that” and them searching for additional solutions for my puppy and I.

While visiting the area, this store was recommended to me to stop by for a fresh food/treat option. The store had closed by the time I arrived which would have been fine as-is, but a staff greeted me at the door and offered to grab something for me, then went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for despite me not coming inside. They specifically explained they had a reactive dog shopping as well which kept me outside, and I was impressed to see them advocating for the needs of that customer while also offering that opportunity to people whose dogs enjoy a shop but may need a quieter environment. I was so impressed by the customer service I just had to leave a review with the short impression I had. The freeze dried dog food I purchased for training was novel to my dog and awesome to work with for the training we were in the area for, too. I will definitely stop by again when in the area!

My lab and I absolutely adore YPN. I walked in excited and nervous before bringing my girl home as a puppy late last year, and Kris and her associates outlined everything that I would need, and more. I had the pleasure of having a tour of the store, and given ideas, recommendations, and general thoughts on all the high-quality and diverse range of products carried.We love to come in and find new brands and treats to try, and it’s so lovely to ask direct questions to attentive staff. It’s one of our adventure outings to come on in for a sniffari & and a sample or two. They have changing deals & different brands, a great rewards system, fun holiday parties, and treat their community like they truly love your pets–because they do.Here’s my cherry on top: Through YPN, I was connected with my now dog trainers and boarder, (Emmy’s Way & Revelin Reward Training) who are some of the most fabulous dog whisperers and support to have when raising a pup.You can’t find a better local store to support than this gem in Cascade, and you won’t find any better for your pets. You will, however, find community, and all sorts of fun goodies for your fur-babies.

They are very helpful! My cats have food allergies so it’s been difficult finding food that doesn’t make their allergies flare up. I found N&D cat food here and it’s been great for my girls!

The staff took time with me and my puppy Aspen to find the best treats, foods and even toys. I’m not sold on most pet stores or grocery stores as they don’t understand the nutritional needs of dogs. Here I was introduced to all natural human grade foods that are safe for puppies and dog. My puppy Aspen loves the treats we found there as she will go through a week’s supply in days. I can’t thank the staff enough for taking the time everytime I come in to understand Aspen’s needs.

I was so happy when I discovered Your Pets Naturally a couple of years ago. It all started when I wanted to get my dog a toy after his visit at the vet nearby and my phone told me I was right next to this store.Imagine my happy surprise when I realized they carry all the products I used to only be able to order online! Now, I’m a regular and I’m able to stock up on everything from essentials to toys and apparel for both my dog and cat.Most of all, the entire team at Your Pets Naturally is so knowledgeable and kind every visit. This place is AMAZING! We live about an hour away and found YPN in an online search to find a store that carried Green Juju dog food. Not only do we visit every few months to restock, but because they only carry what I consider to be healthy options for my pets, I’ve found a few other items (food, treats, chews, meal toppers) that we had great experiences with! The staff is genuinely excited to see our dog every time and they make you feel incredibly welcome. I’ve even sent my husband before knowing they’d help him! There’s a cute photo area in the back where you can snap a picture of your pet with a seasonal background and props. Check this place out!!!

I have SO 👏 MUCH 👏 TO 👏 SAY 👏 about this store. First of all, product quality is very good. And prices aren’t bad, considering you’re getting better product than you might pick up at the grocery store. The staff is absolutely first-rate. I live out of town and was looking for gifts for fur babies in GR. Chris was so incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help me. 10/10 will shop again

I love this store so much! I have been here a couple times cause I’m from out of town about 2 hours away and I’m always looking for a pet store so I can bring my fur baby something home. She actually came with me when they were having a party and she got her picture taken. The employees have been very nice to me and one time I was there they gave me a couple free treats and an Easter basket to take home for my Sophie! I wish I lived closer because they have a great natural selection of pet food and treats.

I don’t think I’ll ever go to a big box store again! Not only was the selection the best, think doggy treat heaven as far as quality selections but the staff was so kind, informative and happy to answer all my questions! I came home with some new treats that my dogs love!Plus they had the cutest Valentine’s Day photoshoot set up! My foster Durk loved it, and brought home lots of treats for our dogs at home.

One of the BEST pet stores in West Michigan. Great variety of food options for our bulldog. The selection of toys and treats are also great. The staff knows us by name (thanks to our baby Bulldog). They also have a ton of fun events for our furry friends that they post on their socials. The rewards program is also super beneficial for us too.

5/5 StarsIf you have never been here, you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO!! I’ve never been so impressed by a store like this. They have the largest variety of all healthy everything. Not only is it healthy, but my dogs love the treats. So it’s always a win-win. Jim, the owner, is so knowledgeable that it’s incredible. He was able to answer all of my questions and even teach me about treats and dog food and how they affect my pup. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Absolutely incredible experience! They also can get you custom pup cakes for birthdays! (They don’t make the custom ones in house but they do carry regular happy birthday ones!) Bring your dog and come check it out!

We recently moved from the East side of the state and we’re having trouble finding a holistic pet store on the west side. We wanted quality and to support a small business, and the very first day we came here we were met by the owner (great guy!) and the staff had amazing recommendations and sales going on. This is still a drive for us, but worth every mile. There isn’t anything in the store that isn’t of high quality and I’d much rather spend my money locally than support a big box store. Frequent buyers programs and sales here too!!

Your Pets Naturally is THE BEST! The staff are amazing and so kind. You can really tell they all truly care about you and your furry friends. Kristin and Mersadi’s have been such a blessing. My dog Dexter started having seizures late last year. I was getting no answers from my vet as to the cause and with everything in media and the articles about otherwise healthy dogs starting to have seizures, I made the decision to cut him off the Purina Pro plan I had been feeding him for over 3 years and made it a goal be more educated and intentional about what treats he has and even medications and supplements he takes. I had no clue where to begin with changing his diet and just overall making changes to is health and wellness. Mersadi’s and Kristin were beyond AMAZING helping me on this journey. I couldn’t recommend Your Pets Naturally more. I truly feel so at ease knowing any product, treat, supplement etc I give Dexter is safe and is the best of the best for him.

The selection of products is unmatched honestly. Large variety of toys, but the supplement area as well as the section with treats, chews and food options was what really caught my eye! Lots of high end brands of dog gear and products that I’d normally have to order online, as well as multiple options for supplements for different needs! I’m impressed for sure! The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, and attentive without hovering which is something I really appreciated!
